    About Me

    I’m Malcolm, an IECL-accredited Organisational Coach with two decades of leadership experience across large and small businesses, and am completing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (University of Melbourne). 

    My approach to leadership coaching blends practical business experience with evidence-based techniques to help individuals and teams reach their potential by harnessing their strengths.

    Strengths-based coaching is a well-established and evidence-based approach to helping people perform at work while enhancing motivation, engagement, and wellbeing. This method aligns perfectly with strengths-based leadership, encouraging individuals to leverage their unique abilities to foster team collaboration.
